Message	whether or not you were driving it. If you weren't driving it, you point out who the driver was, or they issue you the ticket depending on the traffic court. But if they do that, there are other tactics you can take from the Constituion. And they'll bring up some ordinance, etc. It'll be a back-and-forth battle. That's why I chose not to elaborate, because there are some people on this forum who seems to think all I do is B.S. (Not you, of course.)
